Plans
Priced per household, not per person
Everyone you live with shares one plant list, one schedule, and one bill. Free is a couple and their plants: one home, up to 3 household members and 20 plants. Garden is for a household that has to coordinate, Greenhouse for many homes and many hands — both begin with a 14-day trial you can cancel any time.
Why a paid plan
One bill for the house
A plan covers the whole household on a single subscription. The people you share your plants with are members of your plan, not extra seats to buy.
For the household that has to coordinate
Free is a couple and their plants: one home, three people, twenty plants. Garden is for a home where more people share the watering — unlimited members, the whole care history in your analytics, and the assistant.
For the people who help at more than one home
Greenhouse is many homes, many hands: belong to every household you look after — your place, your parents’, the rental — and take on API access for automation.
Nothing locked away if you leave
Cancelling returns your household to the free plan at the end of the paid period. Records above the free limit stay readable and editable — only adding more is blocked — and you can export your data at any time.
Common questions
- Can I create an account?
- Yes. Free accounts include one home, up to 3 household members and 20 plants, with no credit card.
- Does everyone in my household need their own plan?
- No. One plan covers the whole household. A household admin holds the subscription, and every member shares the same plants, tasks, and care history under it. A free home holds up to three people; Garden and Greenhouse homes have no member limit.
- How does the trial work?
- Every paid subscription begins with a 14-day trial. You are not charged until it ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing.
- Do I need a credit card?
- Not for a free account — the Seedling tier needs no card at all. Starting a paid plan goes through our payment provider's checkout, which collects a card before the trial begins; nothing is charged until the 14-day trial ends.
- Can I change or cancel later?
- Yes. Plan changes and cancellation are self-service from Settings → Billing, which opens our payment provider's portal. Cancelling returns your household to the free Seedling tier at the end of the paid period.
- Where do I buy?
- Plan changes happen inside your account, under Settings → Billing, and are made by a household admin. Purchases are not offered in the mobile apps.
- What happens to existing data?
- Nothing is deleted when a plan changes. If a downgrade puts you over the new caps, existing plants, members and homes stay readable and editable — only adding more is blocked until you are back under the limit. Export and your care history are never behind a plan.
